Tamsin Farrugia is A/g Assistant Director within the National Cancer Control Division at Cancer Australia. In this role, Tamsin has been involved in the development and implementation of multiple projects aimed at improving outcomes in lung and breast cancer. A key role has involved managing the development and implementation of the Investigating symptoms of lung cancer guide for all health professionals and developing practical resources for primary care health professionals. Prior to joining Cancer Australia, Tamsin worked on the Clinical Practice Guidelines for the diagnosis and management of melanoma at Cancer Council Australia. Tamsin has an undergraduate degree in Science (Nutrition) and a Masters in Public Health (Nutrition).
